Linda Marvin is the main reason that my husband and I now own our home. We never thought we would be able to own a home but Linda made our dream come true. It would be impossible to overstate the level of professionalism and just plain customer service that she provided.
We were moving to Lemoore from out of the area and didn't know a soul. We contacted Linda through her website. She was very prompt in responding initially and throughout the entire process.

We were very impressed with the resume she sent in response to our initial inquiry. She agreed to meet with us with very little notice (on a holiday weekend) and didn't waste our time by showing us homes that did not fit the description or price range that we had requested. Linda voluntarily disclosed everything she knew about the properties that we saw and it was obvious that she wanted us to be happy with our purchase.  We were nervous about buying our first home and had many questions which Linda patiently answered to set our minds at ease. She negotiated with the seller to lower our down payment because although we made enough money to qualify for the loan we were cash poor. Above and beyond the call of duty, Linda arranged to have documents sent over to her office from the title company so that we would only have 
to make one trip to Lemoore during escrow. Additionally, she called and checked up on the title company and lender to ensure the house would close on time. She went so far as to call after we were in the house 
to make sure it was living up to our expectations.  Linda Marvin did more that facilitate the purchase of our home -- she made it possible. It is rare to meet anyone with as much character as Linda Marvin. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her company and would recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home.
